Returns & Exchanges

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. If your gear isn’t the right fit, we’ve got your back.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags on, no weird smells—we know the drill).

  • Once we get the item back and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we messed up (wrong item, damaged, etc.—we’ll cover that).

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? No problem.

  • Exchanges are free within 30 days, pending item availability.

  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive the original back.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at howdy@sequoyaco.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and get the process rolling.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.


  A Few Things to Note:

  • Final sale items can't be returned or exchanged.

  • We’re a small shop, so please allow 5–7 business days for returns to process once received.
